Meet Rodney S. Jones
Rodney S. Jones didn’t learn the unspoken rules of the professional world in a classroom. He learned them by necessity, entering the workforce early, without a roadmap, and figuring out what it actually took to be seen, respected, and valued before titles and tenure made it easy.
That experience became the foundation for everything Corporate Swagger® stands for.
Over a 25-year career as a licensed financial professional, Rodney developed a precise understanding of what separates professionals who advance from those who plateau. It rarely comes down to intelligence or effort. It comes down to presence, communication, and the subtle, unspoken dynamics that schools don’t teach and most organizations never explain.
He wrote the book on it. Literally. Corporate Swagger®: The Secret to Winning the Corporate Game codifies those dynamics into eight core concepts that have since shaped keynote talks, workshops, and coaching engagements for colleges, universities, and professional environments nationwide.

Rodney holds three coaching certifications from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), one of the most rigorous ICF accredited coach training programs in the world, and is also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), a globally recognized assessment used to develop self-awareness, communication, and performance.

Completed iPEC’s 160-hour Coach Training Program, including all instruction, practice hours, and final exam in accordance with ICF Level 2 accreditation requirements. Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in iPEC’s Core Energy Coaching™ method and ICF core competencies.

Completed 40 hours of specialized instruction applying the principles of Energy Leadership™ to support the success of individuals engaged in measured performance—including professionals, athletes, and public presenters.
Energy Leadership Index® Master Practitioner (ELI-MP)
Certified to administer and debrief the ELI, a research-backed proprietary assessment tool. Proficient in analyzing ELI assessment results and partnering with clients to uncover opportunities for deeper awareness, optimal performance, and growth.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Certified Practitioner
Certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Step I™ and Step II™, completing rigorous training to accurately administer and interpret results of the MBTI® assessment, enabling clients to gain deeper insight into how they think, communicate, and make decisions in professional environments.
All credentials are formally earned through established and recognized training and credentialing programs and can be verified upon request.
